RULES FOR VISITORS

As with other FIA WEC events, 6 Hours of Fuji visitors must abide by the rules set by the organisers. Below you will find a basic overview of them:

Prohibited Items*

To ensure safety and an enjoyable experience, certain items are not allowed within the event premises. Prohibited items include anything that could cause damage, disrupt the event, or pose a risk to attendees. Commercial resale of merchandise or tickets is also strictly forbidden. Security checks are mandatory for all visitors; refusal to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.

The prohibited items list includes, but is not limited to:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Animals (except certified service animals)
• Personal transport devices such as bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, Segways, or golf carts
• Coolers, thermoses, or large storage containers
• Metal water bottles
• Drones or aerial devices
• Fireworks, explosives, or incendiary devices
• Glass containers
• Unauthorized substances
• E-liquids or vape products
• Items causing disruptions or safety concerns (e.g., balls, frisbees, projectiles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
• Non-folding chairs or oversized furniture
• Tents or shelters
• Unauthorized promotional materials
• Weapons of any kind (e.g., guns, knives, pepper spray)

Permitted Items*

For a smooth and hassle-free experience, we recommend travelling light and bringing only the essentials. Essentials include money, your phone, spare batteries for your devices, tickets for each day of attendance, and valid identification for yourself and any accompanying minors.

Allowed items include:

• Binoculars for better track views
• Blankets for seating or comfort
• Personal photography equipment (e.g., digital cameras and detachable lenses; note that tripods, monopods, and bipods are not permitted)
• Portable folding chairs for seating
• Sunscreen in plastic bottles (aerosols are not allowed)
